Two Men and a Truck (TMT) currently generate tens of thousands of organic leads through their website.  They needed a more effective and efficient way to communicate with these leads.

  • Each lead triggers a three-touch cadence of emails.
  • The triggered email sequence begins approximately an hour after the lead visited the TMT website.  
  • Email content is focused on building a positive atmosphere, pointing out how TMT can help them prepare for the upcoming move. 

Leads are forwarded to a TMT franchise for follow-up and quote requests.


The Results:


Initial open rates are as high as 44%.  By putting a structured series of e-communications in place, ICS was able to:

  • Improve the overall look and quality of TMT’s lead communication
  • Allow TMT to better communicate with their leads, and develop a relationship
  • Establish standard rules and tools for lead follow-up
