Toyota Service Reminder The Objective
Toyota was looking to cost efficiently communicate dealer-specific service offers to their current owners. The current communications format had extensive variable print elements within the format.
 
The Solution
One of ICS’s strike zones was our extensive variable print experience. In a matter of three to four weeks, we were able to quickly ramp up on this program. As you will see in the example, the format included:
  • A dealer-specific coupon library
  • Dealer contact info and hours of operations
  • Customer vehicle reference
  • Customer personalization

Extensive setup and activity reporting was a part of the ongoing process.
