ICS Promotes Ron Wood to Director of Support Services – In recognition of Ron’s contributions and growing responsibilities, ICS promoted Ron from Customer Service Manager to Director of Support Services. He is responsible for leading our support staff in delivery of products and services to both internal and external customers. He also oversees our Project Coordination and List Acquisition Departments. Congratulations, Ron.
