Lansing, MI - July 30, 2009 - Auto manufacturers, dealers and dealer associations can now proactively market the "Cash for Clunkers" program to targeted consumers using ICS Marketing Support Services' (ICS) new "Cash for Clunkers" direct marketing list.
ICS AutoNet provides self-reported data, meaning that the consumer voluntary provided his/her information via a Web site, direct mail or other channel. This list allows access to auto ownership and leasing information that State DMVs can no longer provide. Furthermore, this data file was specifically designed to target consumers who may qualify for the "Cash for Clunkers" bill (a.k.a., Consumer Assistance Recycle and Save Act of 2009).
ICS enables auto marketers to connect with owners of vehicles with targeted fuel economy, makes, models and vehicle years within a specified radius (for example, within a certain distance of a dealership or in a targeted region for a precise marketing push).
